Our system
Presence
The attendance requirement is 4 per month. At each event you get 1 attendance point. To see your own presence, you have to look at the "Attendance page" which can be found on the page "For members".
At each event, attendance is taken after 30 minutes. Then the event manager sends out a message in the channel # Presence on discord. There you react to the message with any emoji so that the management can then know that you were at the event.
Best days for events
At Discord we have a channel called # Best days for events.
It means that we in the club should be able to know when / which times suit the members best that week. A few days before a new week, all reactions to the messages are removed and you have to start reacting again for the coming week.
Club meetings
During our club meetings, we always sit in Discord. You choose whether you want to be bribed or not. In the management, we would rather see you sitting and listening through Discord than not coming at all because you do not have the opportunity to log in to SSO.
During each meeting, everything is summarized in the channel #Protokoll, someone from the management does. This makes it easier for people to keep up with the turns and you can read afterwards about what we brought up.
If there is something that needs a vote to come to a decision, it is done in the channel #voting-meeting. There you react with referred emoji.
Before each meeting, you are welcome to contact someone in the management if there is something you want to raise. If you instead want to be anonymous, you can send in a "Ris & Ros" here on the website.
